I’m not sure about back there but the apparently there have been more hassles for the Hoff. It’s all over the news here, they claim he was hammered drunk they wouldn’t leave him get on a plane at Heathrow. It’s lies I tell you all lies, he is a legend!!!

In other news I’ve managed to contract some sort of life-threatening illness that has the experts here stumped. Symptoms include snuffles and a sore throat! I’ve been placed on a clinical trial of a new drug – Lemsip – doctors aren’t hopeful of recovery so this could be my last post! I keep hearing how hot it is back there, I’ve now got this mental image of the Thames completely evaporated with camels ambling past outside in the shimering heat. Enjoy it while it lasts. Not much news really, my bike took a bit of a battering on the journey from Oxford requiring some repairs including a new front wheel. Hope to leave next weekend, can’t wait to get going. I’ve pretty much planned the route so its time to see if I can hack it now. I’ve just been to see ‘You, Me & Dupree’, it’s funny as hell.
