Strange Sculpture

The last day of 2006 was pretty uneventful, I hung out in Dongara until the afternoon before taking off towards Leeman. For breakfast I cooked a tasty fry. I even managed to get my hands on pork sausages that tasted lovely – normally the sausages here are beef – with bacon, eggs, tomato, beans and beans with toast. It was a veritable heart attack on a plate but delicious.

As usual the wind was being its helpful self making sure I got a good work out. Leeman is a tiny sleepy little village along the Turquoise coast. There was just one caravan park so thats where I went for the night. As it was New Years Eve they had a BBQ with plenty of free pork and beef. That was pretty nice, I went to bed with a full belly. I’ve been treating myself the last few days I was tired though and went to sleep before the clock struck twelve.

As 2006 became 2007, I was blissfully unaware tucked up in my bed….
