Life in Sydney
Cold and wet so far but its a good city and the fact that I can’t go on until I get the rest of my things gives me a chance to explore. So in the mean time I’m having a ball! Planning to go skiing in the Blue mountains next weekend before I head off. I’ve never been skiing before but if my exploits on roller skates in New York are anything to go by, I’ll need sirens and flashing lights to alert people to their impending doom if they get too close. I just hope I don’t buckle myself completely in the process!
I’m staying in Coogee bay at the ‘Nightmare on Vicar St.’ It’s a beautiful little part of Sydney where even the police are afraid to go, with 4 day parties where the music never stops and fights are the norm. Tucker will be completely unsurprised to note that most of the people around here are Irish!

It’s true, I’ve seen him trying to rollerskate (it was in New Jersey, Ross) and he’s a terror. Please be far away from him when modes of transport are attached to his feet. Glad you’re enjoying Sydney; it’s a beautiful city. Try some fresh OJ with the passion fruit seeds, it’s tasty.

Yes yes Holmes, it was indeed New Jersey not New York – well deduced!
